Online booking and your information

You enter the details needed for an appointment in the Mental Med online reception. Clicking a specialist’s photo or name opens the portal with that specialist selected.

The link includes none of your personal or medical information, and the previous page address is not sent. Booking details are processed in the portal, where you can read its privacy and consent terms.

Sharing information with family

The resident determines what information they consent to share with family. Only information within that consent is shared.

Consent is recorded in writing; the resident can change it later.

Medical documents

Medical documents are not collected through this site. If you need to provide them, confirm a secure channel and recipient with MMS reception.

Analytics

Analytics runs only with your consent. Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits to general pages, clicks on contact buttons and the generic help-button click in an article. Google may process cookie identifiers and technical device and network information. Traffic source and type are counted as general categories only; personal details in links are not sent.

Names, phone numbers, diagnoses, form fields, article topics and search terms are not sent to analytics. The site has no advertising tracking, session recording or third-party chat widgets.

You can change your consent at any time using the analytics preference button at the bottom of the page. Declining or withdrawing consent does not affect access to website services.
